Ergo-S-1

Ergo-S-1

client wanted kinesis 360 layout but open source so its easy to repair and maintain.
ergo-s is opensource keyboard design to which i modified the last row to have 1.5u row instead of 1u and couple more additional quality of life changes to make the build more easier and modern.
handwired the whole thing with rp2040 mcu and custom hotswap socket adapter to hold the sockets.

this was a wired build, hotswap sockets with usb-c interconnect
qmk via/vial firmware always for gui keymapping
cases itself were like 600 grams supports removed as i did 100% infill to ensure durability.
integrated wrist rest in the case are perfect and inline with the kinesis build.
this kit is pretty similar to kinesis in terms of layout and wrist rest angle, currently working on adjustable tenting.
