Handwired split keyboard

client wanted custom layout wireless split board with an encoder 
this was aug 2026 i think 
handwired board with nrf52 mcu and 400 mah per side with deep sleep in zmk firmware 

forgot to take the finished wiring pic.... but yeah that was the matrix wiring, we added on/off button and dedicated  reset button so client can flash their own firmware without opening the whole keyboard to access mcu reset button
took a couple days to design the case and everything, the part u see above sits flush with the bottom of the outer case so all the hotswap sockets are flush fit the with bottom of the case so no need to worry bout wiring or sockets popping off 
the battery is hidden in the upper compartment right above the encoder, 0whole case is 19mm thick. 

i was satisfied with the build quality and client was pretty happy with the build so all in all a success.
